5 Reasons Why You Should Book Your Party at Gunstock Ranch

1. No Guest Count

We don’t count heads or charge you more for how many people show up. The space holds up to 150 people, so feel free to invite the whole gang! The more the merrier! Of course, if you’re looking to keep things small and intimate, we have you covered as well. There’s plenty of space for kids to run around or people to gather and enjoy, and the beautiful scenery also makes Gunstock Ranch a perfect place for a quiet event.

2. Bring Your Own Food or Vendors

Everyone has their favorite food, and when you’re throwing a party, we bet you have a pretty good idea of what you want to eat. Because of that, we leave it open for you to bring whatever food or invite in whatever vendors (food trucks, catering, pizza delivery, etc.) you’d like. It’s your party! Eat the food you love. We’ll work with you to make sure everything goes off without a hitch.

3. Build Your Own Party

Our philosophy with parties at Gunstock Ranch is that we provide a beautiful location and enough space for whoever you want to bring, and then we let you take it from there so you have exactly the party you’re hoping for. We don’t provide any decorations, but we will provide the tables and chairs! We’ll help however we can, but we won’t get in your way. So let your imagination run wild! Whatever you dream up, you can do (within reason, of course, but we’re not worried).

4. Private Space

It’s nice to have your space. We don’t want you to feel like we’re looking over your shoulder, and we definitely don’t want you to feel like you’re being crowded out of your own party venue. We have private spaces available for whatever kind of party or event you want to have, including a 20 x 40 ft pavilion, large grass area, petting zoo, and round pen for pony rides. You’ll be able to spread out, enjoy your space, and enjoy getting together with the people you love.

5. Fun Options

There’s a few things we bring to the table to make parties at Gunstock extra-special. If you’d like, we can provide lawn games so there’s never a dull moment. We also offer a few signature add-ons like a campfire, pony rides and a petting zoo, a hands-on “All About Horses” learning event for kids, and one of the most popular items on the ranch, the unicorn upgrade where one of our horses magically transforms into a unicorn for the kids to enjoy. You can pick and choose which options work best for you and create the ultimate party package. Just let us know what you’re looking for when you book.
