The following are instructions for redeeming your Groupons:

Instructions for Online Booking of your Horseback Ride -

  1. You will need your Groupon number (top right hand corner (123-AB)) this will be your promotional code.
  2. Click on the “Book Now” button in the right sidebar.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select your Groupon tour by clicking on “BOOK”

    2. Groupon Scenic for 2
    3. Groupon Sunset
  4. Select date (section 2)
  5. Select tour time (section 3) and click “BOOK”
  6. Fill in details click next
  7. Enter in promotion code, agree to rules and confirm booking
  8. Booking will be emailed to you. :)

*Please have groupon printed or available on smart phone when you come to ride.

Instructions for Groupon Party Package

Please read the following important information:

  • Groupon parties are available for booking, based on availability.  We work this on a first come first served basis.  On Saturdays we offer 3 party time slots:  9am, 12pm, and 3pm.
  • Your Groupon # becomes your non-refundable deposit and holds your date. Please see Party Cancellation Policy below.
  • Party Cancellation Policy:  Any changes of your date must be made 2 weeks prior to your booked party date in order for no fees are penalty to apply.   If you want to change your date  after the 2 weeks notice a fee of 1/2 your Groupon price will apply ($113).   In the event of a no show the groupon will be redeemed and will no longer be valid.
  • Number of Guest you may have.  We recommended 20 children on this groupon deal due to the fact you will be sharing 2 horses/ ponies for 1 hour with all the children in your party that want to ride.  If you want to have more children you are welcome to do so.  We also recommend you add on an additonal horse or pony if you want more than 20.  Keeping in mind that the children in the party share the # of horses you have for the hour.  (add-ons are listed below.)
  •  The pool holds approximately 35-40 swimmers in the water at a time.
  • Your 3 hour Groupon party includes:
    • 1st hour – Pony Walk with 2 horses (accommodates 20 children comfortably).
      • You may choose from a mini pony, med horse or regular size horse. We can help you decide this by talking with you and knowing the ages of your children.
      • You may add on an additional horse for $50 an hour.
      • You may add on our Petting Zoo for $50. This is an enclosed area. Children will be able to see and pet a variety of baby animals – goats, chickens, bunnies and mini pony.  This is a fun thing to add on and runs during the horse/pony time.  It is located right next to the pony riding area so it gives the children something fun to do while they wait for their ride.
    • 15 min. complimentary set up in pavilion and time for guests to get ready to swim.
    • 2nd hour – Swimming in Pool, Pavilion and Playground
      • Pool – is covered and heated and includes 2 certified lifeguards, toys, platforms.
      • Pavilion – is covered and includes 7 tables, 48 chairs, and propane BBQ grill. (you may bring your own propane or rent ours for $10) You may want to bring tablecloths to cover the 6ft long tables.
      • Playground – large field and playground equipment
      • An additional hour of pool time may be added on for $115 an hour.
    • 3rd hour  – Pavilion and Playground
      • guests often use this time eat! :)
        • You may bring in your own food, cater or grill
        • We do not have refrigeration. Coolers work great.
    • 30 min. Clean up and checkout
      • Another party may be coming in right after you. Please be prompt in checking out. Cleaning up includes:
        • wiping down the tables (wipes provided)
        • picking up any trash and making sure it is in the garbage can.
  • We also have:
    • EZ corner 20×40 - includes set up and take down – $150 for your Groupon party time
  • We allow you to:
    • bring in bouncers – must provide your own generator
    •  bring in your own extra tables, chairs, tents – if you need extra time to set up you will be charged.
